How to make Info Booklets

Informational booklets are made to give information to the hierarchy by the informers. Usually these types of booklets are created by the common people. This task can be done by the group of students, colleagues, lawyers, doctors and others. For this purpose you need to create your own booklet template at your home. For instance, college students are going to create a booklet and a topic has been given to them. The very first step that they will perform is to search thoroughly about the topic, collect the whole information, write it on Microsoft Word and then print it in the shape of a booklet. And it will appear as a professional booklet.
  • Firstly collect the information, references, and citations about relevant topic that you want to include in your booklet. Make a list of all the essential points.
  • Make an outline about the topic that you have chosen to include in your booklet. Outline should be authentic and relevant. Arrange all the points in order. Do not write paragraphs. Include citations because if there will be need to have a look on detailed theme then citation will provide the enough material.
  • Click the Start Menu and open a blank Word document. Click ''File'', ''Page Setup'' and ''Margins'' tab.
  • Click the ''Multiple Pages'' section and choose ''Book fold'' from there. By doing this your document will appear as landscape orientation in front of you.
  • Give proper space in both the ''Inside'' and ''Outside'' boxes by adjusting the required margins. Adjust the numbers in the ‘‘Gutter’’ box by creating the space vertically in the middle of the pages.
  • Turn to the ''Sheets per Booklet'' section and enter the number of pages you want to include in your book. It is up to you to add the number of pages according to your requirement and delete if not necessary.
  • Open the ''Page Setup'' and select significant traits for your book according to your choice. Now click the option ''Close''. Write the detailed information in paragraphs from your outlines into the documents. Arrange the texts and add images like you insert in other documents and files.
  • Click the button ''Print''. Press the ''Office'' button in the upper left hand corner in order to print your booklet out. Arrange the pages in order and staple them to bring them in accurate shape.
